Order Cancellation
If you change your mind after placing an order, you are entitled to cancel the order anytime prior to us dispatching the goods. If you wish to cancel your order please email us or call us on .
Once a request to cancel your order has been received and confirmed, you will receive email confirmation of a full refund.
Delivery Terms
Flowbins or IBC tanks and any other item purchased with standard delivery will be delivered within 05 working days depending on the quantity and the location. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Flowbins or IBC tanks and any other item purchased before 12 noon with next day delivery arrangement will be delivered the next working day. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Please ensure that you or an authorised person is available to accept delivery of goods. If a delivery is attempted and you are not there to receive the goods, they will be returned to our depot and re-delivered at the earliest convenience, this will be subject to a re-delivery charge. If after a failed delivery you wish to return the item for a refund, the cost of getting the product back to us will be deducted from the refund total.
Delivery is to South Africa and the SADC region and we advise you discuss directly with a member of the sales team.

At Flowbins Hub (Pty) Ltd we pride ourselves on providing industry leading standards to both the products we sell and the customer support we offer. If for any reason we fall short of these standards we will be happy to offer a full refund or replacement minus the cost of the original delivery. The cost of returning the product is to be paid by the customer.
If we have supplied you with faulty goods we are willing to offer a full refund, including the cost of delivery, or an alternative item will be offered at our expenses.
